| c. Submission of Entries | 16th April, 2007 | The entries should be submitted to the ‘Notions of a Nation’ competition office/s by 1200 hours, Monday, 16th April 2007. Late submissions will not be accepted and it will not be possible to submit entries via e-mail. Participants should note that couriers do not always guarantee next-day delivery and should plan their submission accordingly. | ||
Stage 2 |
a. Regional Juries | Mumbai | 27th April, 2007 | The regional juries will finalise upon 12 finalists (three from each zone) who will be then given a month’s duration to submit a final scaled model of 1:50 of the actual structure. |

Stage 3 |
a. Kolkata | 7th – 9th June, 2007 | The panels and scaled models of the 12 finalists will travel to these 3 metros as a travelling exhibition to facilitate a larger audience to be witness to the scope of ‘Notions of a Nation’. | |

Stage 4 |
a. Announcement of the Winner | 15th August, 2007 | The winner (1 no.) will be awarded INR 5,00,000/- and the opportunity to build the ‘Symbol’ for ‘Notions of a Nation while the runners-up (2 nos.) will be given a cash award of INR 1,00,000/- each. | |
| b. Fabrication of the winning entry | 16th August –26th September, 2007 |

| c. Unveiling of the ‘Symbol’ | 27th September, 2007 | The winning entry will be unveiled at the AEC World Expo & Conferences in Mumbai and will be displayed there from the 27th – 30th September, 2007 | ||
Stage 5 |
