Call for Creativity!
Indian Architect & Builder announces its search for writers and graphic visualisers to conceive & design layouts, brochures, banners, books, merchandise for their publications and event divisions.

The Opportunity
Catering to Architects, graphic designers, and product designers, the magazine offers a true balance between technical writing and poetics of design. The writers should preferably have a background in the architecture, engineering or construction industry. The scope of creative writing will be to review and create copy for the magazine, brochures, events - all directed at creating a forum for the architecture world.

EDITORIAL

 

Copy Editor/ Sub Editor

2 to 4 yrs of experience in Copy Editing. Job will involve proofreading, layouts, copy writing, editing the entire contents along with rewriting, co-ordinating with the editorial and art team etc.

Senior Writers
2-4 experience in English writing with an enthusiastic mind for ideation and projects. Should have initiative to take on and head projects. Those with architecture and design background will be preferred.
Growth opportunity: Associate Editor

Writers
Could be freshers with an enthusiastic spirit and talent for writing. A design background will help. Those with architecture and design background will be preferred.
Growth opportunity: Senior Writer

 

CREATIVE

Art Director
Responsible for all direction and guidance of the Art Department, which will include publications, client services and merchandise. Will report to the Editorial & Management Heads.

Senior Visualiser
3-4 years experience; will be responsible for generating ideas for creatives and realising the idea to execution. Will also be in-charge of all the jobs undertaken.
Jobs: Layout, magazine, creatives and oversee magazine and print media layouts, collaterals for events, production support in-charge( later stage)
Growth Opportunity: Art Director

Visualiser:
Ideation and do creatives for magazine and event divison. Will be responsible for taking ideas to execution. Jobs: Cover-Layout, magazine creatives and oversee final delivery, events, collaterals and production support.

MARKETING

Sales Executive:
Develop business through key clients by offering them multiple and innovative solutions to their clients. The solutions will vary - from something like the advertising in the magazine to participating in the expo to sponsoring an event or organising an event for the client. Experience in corporate sales is a must. Concept Sales, Space Sales or Expo Sales background will be preferred.
